We provide full flexibility to our residents. There are no strict entry or exit timings; you can access the PG anytime as per your work or study schedule.
While outside guests are generally not allowed inside rooms, they can stay for 1 or 2 nights with prior permission from the owner. Standard guest charges will apply.
Respect food and maintain cleanliness. Please do not waste food. If there are leftovers on your plate, dispose of them in the dustbin only—do not throw food waste into the sink.
SiddhiVinayak PG is a strict zero-tolerance zone for alcohol, smoking, hookah inside rooms, and any illegal substance abuse.
Residents who wish to leave the PG must provide a clear 15-day notice period. Deposit is non-refundable as per our policy.
Our rooms start at ₹4,500 per month for Four Sharing and go up to ₹7,000 for double sharing. All prices include meals, Wi-Fi, housekeeping, and power/water backup.
Yes! We provide 2 times fresh, nutritious, home-style meals daily (Lunch & Dinner) prepared by our dedicated cook. The food is hygienic and delicious.
The security deposit is ₹5,000 (non-refundable). This is a one-time payment at the time of check-in.
Residents must provide a clear 15-day notice period before vacating the PG. This helps us manage room allocation smoothly.
Absolutely! We have 24/7 CCTV camera surveillance, strict gate security, and the owner lives nearby for complete peace of mind.
